Our Class Worship -The Parable of the Hidden treasure
Our class worship on 3rd November was based on the Parable of the Hidden Treasure and we used our prayer garden for our reflections. We all enjoyed praying there and you can see some pictures of our worship below.
University Safari
On the 17th October, Year 6 had a fantastic time visiting Newcastle University. We took part in a range of activities that included bringing a 3D student to life, writing a short story using random buzzwords and props and playing a fun adventure game. At the end of the day we graduated and got our pictures taken with the Newcastle University mascot, Percy the Lion. It was a brilliant day and you can see some of the fun we had in the pictures below.
Our RE topic is Thinking of Ways to Show Love and Care.
Junior Neighbourhood Watch Scheme
On 13th September, we had a lady from Dogs Trust talking about staying safe around any dogs.
Mollie, a rescue dog came to visit too. This was part of a Junior Neighbourhood Scheme where we will have several weeks of different topics.
