An IEP (individual Education Plan) is written specifically for a child and includes:
Short term targets linked to their needs.
Details of extra support they will receive and from whom.
How often the child will get help.
When the school will next review the child’s progress.
These are discussed with the child and sent home to parents.

Our One Page Profiles are written in consultation with children and their families. They are used in school as a way of celebrating the child’s strengths and recognising what is important to them.
They are used by the class teacher as summaries of all the strategies available to support their child in their learning.
